If you are thinking about suicide, talk with trusted friend or an adult or call your local crisis intervention center immediately. Some of your feelings may be tired, alone, depressed, scared, angry, hopeless, unworthy, unloved, and it may seem that thing will never get better. No matter how overwhelming your problems seem, confidential help is always available. A caring friend, or a trained adult, can help you find alternatives you may not have considered such as solutions to your problems or situations that may have seemed hopeless. If you are depressed, treatments are available to help relieve your sadness, anger, and pain.
